Missions
- First Project Chief, then Quality Manager, and finally President in May 2006 of the Junior-Enterprise of the ESEO (www.seio.org):
- In charge of a team of thirty people that oversaw the annual sales turnover of 80 k€.
- Implemented partnership "coaching" with ALTRAN.
- Implemented partnerships with Juniors ESSCA Etudes and ICOMTEC Consultant to make a global service offer (business plan, graphic identity and Website).
- Reorganized the structure and the activity.
- Implemented one quality politic ISO 9001.
- Managed 15 projects (3k€ to 25 k€, turnover 50k€).
- Performed prospection and communication activities.
