    - Diagnosed the current state of IT maturity (AS-IS) working through 8 threads (Strategy, Organization, Process, Applicative Structure, Infrastructure, Security, Contingency Plan, Economic Inversion) based on best practices: ITIL, Cobit, ISO\IEC 20000, ISO\IEC 27000, etc..
    - Elaborated a future model of maturity (TO-BE).
    - Proposed initiatives to fill the gap between the two models.
    - Prepared the road map and the future strategy on court, medium and long term.
  • Prepared a new Professional Service Offer about Optimizing IT Service Catalog.
  • Prepared a new Professional Service Offer about ITSM Evaluation.
  • Prepared and taught an ITIL and CobiT introduction course in order to prepare people to take the Foundation Exam (18+6 hours).
