• Carribean Mc Donalds (Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guyana, USVI, St-Croix, St-Thomas):Implementation of ORACLE e-Business Suite 11 (modules: AP, AR, GL, PO & FA):
  o Reporting of the actual processes.
  o Elaboration of the Future Model and Design of future processes.
  o Prepared and taught capacitation to end users.
• Banco Galicia: Organization of a Work Shop in order to:
  o Facilitate and Drive tools generation that allows constructing objectively Go-Live process decision.
  o To share with the Program teams fundamental aspects of a successful implementation.
  o To improve the Program team knowledge, fomenting value experience capitalization.
  o To help the Program Team in the effective application of the developed tools.
• CAMMESA:
  - Diagnosed the current state of the enterprise maturity (AS-IS) working through 4 threads (Strategy, Organization, Processes, RRHH) to prepare the strategic year plan.
  - Proposed improvement opportunities.
  - Prepared a high level road map.
• Banco de la Republica Oriental del Uruguay/ CAMMESA/ TeleCentro/ Nuevo Banco de Chaco:
  - Diagnosed the current state of IT maturity (AS-IS) working through 8 threads (Strategy, Organization, Process, Applicative Structure, Infrastructure, Security, Contingency Plan, Economic Inversion) based on best practices: ITIL, Cobit, ISO\IEC 20000, ISO\IEC 27000, etc..
  - Elaborated a future model of maturity (TO-BE).
  - Proposed initiatives to fill the gap between the two models.
  - Prepared the road map and the future strategy on court, medium and long term.
• Prepared a new Professional Service Offer about Optimizing IT Service Catalog.
• Prepared a new Professional Service Offer about ITSM Evaluation.
• Prepared and taught an ITIL and CobiT introduction course in order to prepare people to take the Foundation Exam (18+6 hours).
• Realized commercial proposals (ITIL process Implementation, IT Assessment, Data Center Assessment, PMO Implementation, Testing Area Implementation, CMMi Evaluation) and commercial documents to be presented to clients (ITIL Process Implementation, Testing Area implementation, IT assessment, IT Cost Reduction).
