- Diagnosed the current state of IT maturity (AS-IS) working through 8 threads (Strategy, Organization, Process, Applicative Structure, Infrastructure, Security, Contingency Plan, Economic Inversion) based on best practices: ITIL, Cobit, ISO\IEC 20000, ISO\IEC 27000, etc..
- Elaborated a future model of maturity (TO-BE).
- Proposed initiatives to fill the gap between the two models.
- Prepared the road map and the future strategy on court, medium and long term. - Prepared a new Professional Service Offer about Optimizing IT Service Catalog.
- Prepared a new Professional Service Offer about ITSM Evaluation.
- Prepared and taught an ITIL and CobiT introduction course in order to prepare people to take the Foundation Exam (18+6 hours).

Deontology / Methodology Manager

- Manager and guarantor of the deontology and the methodology of the missions carried out by the 130 French Junior-Enterprise (associations with commercial but non-lucrative goals, which allow high school students to apply their competency through company projects):
- Performed audit, advice, formation (project management, deontology, methodology for engineer’s projects, Junior-Enterprise Strategic Management, Quality in projects).
- Assistance and follow-up with Junior-Enterprises in general functioning and internal organization (answered 2500 mails in 1 year to provide councils and feed-backs).
